Damaged, wrong or expired products
If a product is damaged, has a broken seal, is past its expiry date or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of pick up or delivery. Keep the product and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Changed your mind
- Unopened products with the seal intact can be returned at the store within 7 days of purchase, with the order number or bill.
- For hygiene and safety, we can't take back opened or used supplements, except when they are faulty.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before pick up or delivery. Just call or WhatsApp us with your order number. As payment is taken only at pick up or on delivery, there is nothing to refund for a cancelled order.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid at the store in the same way you paid, usually on the same day we accept the return.
